Terms of Use

QuicklyTask is a collaborative project and event planning platform that provides shared boards, task management, file storage, calendar, QR invites, RSVP management, reporting, and AI-powered insights. The Service is available via web browser and mobile applications (iOS and Android).

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current information during registration and to update it as necessary.

QuicklyTask offers the following subscription tiers:

• Free: $0/month — Up to 3 boards, 5 members per board, 5 files per board, 100 MB storage. Kanban, list views, task management, QR invites.
• Premium: $12.00/month — Up to 25 boards, 50 members per board, 100 files per board, 10 GB storage. AI insights, Gantt dependencies, board customization. Includes a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.
• Business: $49.00/month — Unlimited boards, 200 members per board, 500 files per board, 100 GB storage. Organization branding, priority support, all Premium features. Includes a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.

Auto-Renewable Subscriptions (Apple App Store)

When you subscribe through the Apple App Store, the following terms apply:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same rate.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Prices are in USD and may vary in other countries based on local App Store pricing.

Web Billing (PayPal)

Subscriptions purchased through the web application are processed via PayPal. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Refunds are handled in accordance with PayPal's refund policies.

Eligible new subscribers may receive a 7-day free trial for the Premium or Business plan. During the trial, you have full access to paid features. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the listed price.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Upload, post, or transmit content that is harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without prior written consent.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by QuicklyTask and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create within the Service, but grant us a license to store, display, and transmit it as necessary to provide the Service.

You are solely responsible for content you upload, post, or share through the Service. We do not endorse or assume liability for user-generated content. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL PLANADUU BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
