Is QuicklyTask really free?
Yes — the free plan includes up to 3 boards with tasks, QR invites, calendar, and file attachments. No credit card and no trial countdown. Upgrade to Premium when you need more boards, AI insights, or Gantt charts.
Can I attach files on the free plan?
On Free you get 5 files per board with 100 MB total storage. Premium includes 100 files per board with 10 GB storage, and Business gives you 500 files per board with 100 GB. If a board is owned by a paid subscriber, everyone on that board can upload, including free members.
How do QR invites work?
Every board can generate a unique QR code. Anyone who scans it can request to join; the board owner or an admin approves the request and picks their role — admin, member, or viewer.
Can people without the app see progress?
Yes. Boards can publish a shareable status page — great for clients, sponsors, or family — showing overall progress without giving edit access.
Does it work on phones and tablets?
QuicklyTask runs on the web plus native apps for iPhone, iPad, and Android. Everything syncs in realtime across devices.
