One board, any plan
If it has tasks, people, and a deadline — it belongs on a QuicklyTask board.
How it works
No training, no setup meetings. If your team can scan a QR code, they can use QuicklyTask.
01
Pick a template — wedding, corporate event, construction, trip — or start blank. Add tasks, deadlines, and files in minutes.
02
Share one QR code at the venue, in the group chat, or on a poster. People scan, request access, and you approve with a tap.
03
Everyone sees the same live board — calendar, Gantt, comments, and AI insights that flag risks before they become problems.
Features
From weddings to construction sites, QuicklyTask keeps every team aligned around a single shared board.
Kanban, list, calendar, and Gantt views over the same tasks. Priorities, assignees, custom statuses, and progress that rolls up automatically.
One scan brings the whole team in. Approve join requests with role-based access — owner, admin, member, or viewer.
Deadlines and milestones on a calendar, dependencies and critical paths on a timeline. Delays surface before they hurt.
Contracts, receipts, layouts, and photos attached to the right task — or in the board's document center. Nothing lost in chat.
Discuss in context with live updates and mentions — decisions stay attached to the work, not buried in group chats.
Ask your board what needs attention. QuicklyTask spots delayed tasks, overloaded members, and deadline risks — then writes the status report for you.

“The Gantt view caught a two-week delay on our site permits before it cascaded. That one alert paid for the subscription for years.”
“Our church's Christmas program had 40 volunteers and zero chaos this year. The AI weekly summary is what I read before every meeting.”

FAQ
Yes — the free plan includes up to 3 boards with tasks, QR invites, calendar, and file attachments. No credit card and no trial countdown. Upgrade to Premium when you need more boards, AI insights, or Gantt charts.
On Free you get 5 files per board with 100 MB total storage. Premium includes 100 files per board with 10 GB storage, and Business gives you 500 files per board with 100 GB. If a board is owned by a paid subscriber, everyone on that board can upload, including free members.
Every board can generate a unique QR code. Anyone who scans it can request to join; the board owner or an admin approves the request and picks their role — admin, member, or viewer.
Yes. Boards can publish a shareable status page — great for clients, sponsors, or family — showing overall progress without giving edit access.
QuicklyTask runs on the web plus native apps for iPhone, iPad, and Android. Everything syncs in realtime across devices.
AI insights analyze your board to flag delayed tasks, overloaded members, and deadline risks, then suggest next steps. AI reports turn board activity into daily progress reports, weekly summaries, and readiness checks.
