How QR invites work
Each board can generate a QR code. Someone scans it, requests to join, and an owner or admin approves the request and chooses a role. The organizer stays in control, and the person only needs a phone camera.
- Print the code on a bulletin, flyer, or badge, or show it at a kickoff meeting.
- Approve people in one place instead of collecting names by message.
- Pick the smallest role that lets each person do their job: member to update tasks, viewer to follow along.
Keep access sensible
Not everyone should be an administrator. Keep owner and admin roles for the few people who manage the plan, and use member and viewer roles for everyone else. Remove people when the event ends.

Once people are on the board, give every task an owner and a due date, and use the calendar for fixed times. RSVPs, tasks, and schedule then live in one place instead of three tools.
